REVOLUTIONIZING CUSTOMER EDUCATION: TRANSFORMING A MILLION-DOLLAR SKINCARE COMPANY WITH A DIGITAL MAKEOVER

During my time as an in-house senior brand designer at Beauty Bioscience, a million-dollar skincare company, the focus on customer education stood as a pivotal strategy. Spearheading this email marketing initiative, I improved engagement metrics by combining effective storytelling with polished design. By conceptualizing and implementing engaging seasonal and promotional campaigns, we witnessed a remarkable $110 million revenue surge in 2019, marking one of BB's most profitable years.

Through the creation of impactful assets, online sales flourished, with the segment now representing 50%-60% of the entire business. Collaborating closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, I ensured a unified visual brand identity across digital and print media, infusing consistency in style, voice, and tone throughout all channels. Along with design and branding, I also played a major role in content planning and brainstorming. This holistic approach not only elevated customer engagement but also cemented the company's position as an industry leader in skincare, setting the stage for continued growth and success.
