As a lead designer for Neiman Marcus' holiday packaging program in 2018, I spearheaded a diverse product line comprising over 50 SKUs, orchestrating every aspect from conception to execution. Directly overseeing production schedules, I collaborated closely with a multidisciplinary team including production managers, copywriters, editors, illustrators, suppliers, and vendors to ensure seamless delivery. Leveraging my creative expertise, I crafted bespoke patterns, illustrations, and color palettes, collaborating closely with illustrators to transform vector files into custom designs tailored for products, packaging, and other seasonal materials.
